Access eBooks and audiobooks on any personal device through our SORA digital library!

All district staff can access professional learning resources, a collection of indigenous fiction and non-fiction curated and purchased by the SD 35 Ab Ed Department, Langley Book of the Year (LBOY) selections and student learning materials.

Ebook class sets and lit circle materials are also available.
Simply have students sign them out themselves via the SORA by Overdrive app or ask Jim Cartlidge to assign them to your class.

DISTRICT ABORIGINAL PROGRAM LIBRARY
The Ab Ed Program has a wide range of resources available to staff. In addition to a wide range of eBooks and audiobooks on SORA, there is a physical library at Fort Langley Elementary staff are invited to visit.

DISTRICT LEARNING COMMONS (DLC)
The DLC is a lending library of classroom and teaching resources available to all school staff in the Langley School District. All of our items are available to view and book online through the Destiny Library system and are delivered right to your school.

PUNJABI SIKH CANADIANS TEACHER RESOURCE GUIDE
British Columbia is home to almost 244,000 Punjabi-speaking citizens. This project reflects a diverse community and is meant to engage learners in a critical study of Punjabi-Sikh pioneer contributions to Canada. The goal is for all students in Langley to see themselves and their peers well represented in meaningful ways.
